Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, you will receive a full refund of the consultation and medication fee. Transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors may not be refundable.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and carrier schedules.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, incorrect address information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel if a signature is required.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist. Once a clinical assessment has been completed or a prescription issued, cancellations may not be possible and refunds may be limited in accordance with UK consumer regulations for prescription medicines.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately via the details on our website. We will process eligible refunds within 14 working days. Medications that have been dispensed cannot be returned or resold in accordance with GPhC guidance and UK law.
